What we need from you
To move a site into review we need four things.
- 01
Location
Parcel, county and acreage, or building address and square footage.
- 02
Power evidence
Will-serve letter, capacity study, ISA, LGIA or queue position. A claimed number without documentation is not a starting point.
- 03
Timing
When power is energized or expected to energize, and what gates that date.
- 04
Price and control
Asking price or lease terms, and who controls the site today.

We have the buyers. Bring us the power.
If you control powered land, a powered shell or an existing facility that fits a mandate above, send it through. We review under NDA and respond with a clear yes or no.
