To move a site into review we need four things.
- 01
Location
Parcel, county and acreage, or building address and square footage.
- 02
Power evidence
Will-serve letter, capacity study, ISA, LGIA or queue position. A claimed number without documentation is not a starting point.
- 03
Timing
When power is energized or expected to energize, and what gates that date.
- 04
Price and control
Asking price or lease terms, and who controls the site today.
Site details
Fields marked * are required. You can send power documents afterwards to deals@dspacedevelopment.com.
What happens after you submit
Every submission is reviewed against the same screen we apply to every site we look at: transmission, substation headroom, water, fiber, zoning and jurisdiction, and above all the power evidence. If the site fits one of our active mandates, we move to evidence review immediately. If something is missing, we will tell you what it is.
We respond with a clear yes or no. We would rather give you a fast, honest answer than keep a site in limbo.
Why power evidence comes first
A megawatt is only real when a utility says so. A site advertised at 100MW frequently has 20MW of confirmed capacity behind it, so we trace every megawatt to a will-serve letter, capacity study, ISA or LGIA. If you are unsure what your documents represent, our power verification guide explains each type in plain language. Send what you have — a conditional letter or a draft study is more useful than a headline number.
Confidentiality
Discretion is standard. We review sites under NDA, and counterparty details on our mandates are shared under NDA once a site passes evidence review. Brokers, landowners and developers are all welcome to submit.

If you are a customer seeking capacity, read about our offtake placement work. If you are a capital partner, see how we approach development capital. For anything else, our FAQ covers the questions we hear most, and you can always reach us at deals@dspacedevelopment.com. Sellers who want the full picture of what we screen for can start with powered land acquisition.
